Deliveries, Services, and General Information

Deliveries - deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday and half day on Saturday. Delivery is available in the Middle Tennessee area – Clarksville to Manchester/Shelbyville and Watertown to Dickson. Anyone interested in locations outside these areas, please give us a call. Delivery fees apply depending on location. Our experienced drivers/operators are careful during deliveries; however, we enter your property at your request and risk. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, or obstacles that may be present.  While we make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that delivery placement is at the discretion of the driver. 

• Our single axle dump truck can carry up to 7 cubic yards of bulk product. It is 12’ wide. A minimum of 2.5 yards is required for deliveries.
• Our flat-bed trucks carry palletized products as well as super-sacks.
• Our Moffett requires 10’ clearance.  For safety reasons, the Moffett cannot be used on steep or unstable surfaces. 

Super Sacks –super sacks hold one yard of bulk material. They are delivered on a flatbed truck along with other palletized products. If you wish to pick it up, we require advance notice to get it ready. There is an additional fee for super sacks.

Boulder placement – our driver/operators will make every effort to accommodate your placement request regarding boulders. Keep in mind that safety is our number one concern and placement is at the driver’s discretion. Additional cost may apply. 

Weather - please be aware that weather may affect delivery. During wet conditions, we must stay on hard and stable surfaces. Topsoil loading and deliveries are unavailable during wet conditions.

Picking up material at our yard – you may pick up bulk and palletized material at our yard. We will load your truck or trailer with a bobcat (top load). Vehicles are loaded at your own risk. Your vehicle must be in a condition suitable for carrying the material. 

Payment terms – we accept cash, check, debit, and credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. 

Gift Certificates are available for purchase.

Winter hours – November through February. Please call for specific hours as November approaches. 

Holidays – we observe several holidays throughout the year. Check out our website, social media or call our office for holiday hours and closings. 

Inclement Weather – while not often, there are times when we close due to inclement weather. These rare occurrences are typically during the winter due to snow. We will post these types of closings on our social media pages.
